Position Summary

The Business Process Lead for the Aetna Employer Portal will lead the documentation of business process for operational workflows critical to the success of Employer Portal administration. This includes operational support team process, business partner process that needs to change/modify as a result of features introduced in the portal, and registration workflows through AccessHub. This individual will also help develop and document migration plans for applications and tools that will be sunset once the features in the Employer Portal are available for clients to utilize. The Business Process Lead will work closely with the Business General Manager and Program Manager of the Employer Portal to ensure all business readiness needs are identified, supported and implemented.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7 years Process Management

Minimum 7 years in Healthcare Industry or related field

Minimum 7 years of experience in management consulting, financial analysis, project management, operations management, sales and/or marketing

Experience with mid-sized cross-functional initiatives, with a moderate to high degree of complexity

Experience developing analysis, presentations, and support material to successfully implement strategy or change initiatives

Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of the Aetna business

Business Process Design

Effectively manage organization's resources including expenses, capital, and assets

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
