Microsoft's Cloud business is expanding, and the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the hardware infrastructure underlying this growth including AI! CSCP's vision is to empower customers to achieve more by delivering Cloud and AI capabilities at scale. Our mission is to deliver the world's computer with an industry-leading supply chain. The CSCP organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as plan, source, make, deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), sustainability, and decommissioning of datacenter assets worldwide. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. Our infrastructure is supported by more than 300 datacenters around the world that enable services for more than 1 billion customers in over 90 countries.
Cloud Manufacturing Operations and Fulfillment (CMOF) organization within CSCP manages business operations performance and supplies hardware to the datacenters. Well-defined and executed supply chain management ensures reliable, on-time performance and optimized cost, prevents urgent and unplanned investments, and provides accurate and timely information across the supply base and internally across the infrastructure organization. Responsibilities
Program manage key supply chain data office transformation & continuous improvement initiatives through program lifecycle
Help define next generation product data management models, processes, and tools to scale with Microsoft's growth
Define & translate business requirements, delivering process improvements and/or systems solutions
Support & enable the vision and future state data office strategy, delivering velocity, agility, and profitability through process & systems roadmap with clear articulation of business impact/ROI, success metrics, and KPIs for capabilities
Work with engineering, data office subject matter experts, and partner organizations to define capabilities, drive prioritization of work, delivery schedules and resources needed
Own the change management, internal and stakeholder alignment to support the deployment of new systems and automation, ensuring complete internal and cross-functional process alignment
Display strong technical aptitude through excellent visual and verbal communication skills with ability to influence business and technical decision makers
Manage expectations of all stakeholder parties, build global relationships, gain consensus, remove tension/roadblocks and focus on the solution
Perform data analysis and presentation through SQL, PowerBI and/or similar mediums
Implement measurement frameworks to enable data-driven decision making
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in project management, operations, or engineering OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in project management, operations, or engineering OR equivalent experience

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred qualifications:
5+ years industry experience in Supply Chain, Program Management, Product Data Domain Management
Program management related to Cloud, Infrastructure, supply chain, or product data operations
Hands on experience in supply chain transformation strategies, major systems deployments and process reengineering
Demonstrated bias for action and comfort driving to clarity in a high degree of ambiguity - Proven capability delivering results through cross-group collaboration and partnerships
Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with ability to create and deliver executive friendly communications on complex solutions
Ability to interact with and influence diverse technical and non-technical groups spanning all organizational levels
Demonstrated technical problem solving and communication skills with a focus on process engineering and automation
Adept in program management in highly collaborative organizational models
Define & drive to detailed program schedules, including senior-level program-level reviews to share scope, schedule, issues, and risks.
Engineer, execute, and then refine process and tool models to improve operational efficiency
Proven track record of large-scale project delivery
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirements
Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities with minimal oversight
Proven track record of strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and solution design
Eager to learn, curious, and customer-focused
Strong knowledge of key IT and service industry concepts
Six sigma experience a plus
Proficient with Microsoft O365 applications, Visio, MS Project, SQL, Power BI, and Agentic AI

Technical Solution Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
