As a group manager, Talent Marketing you will...
Set and lead vision and strategy for Talent Marketing, including annual planning, integrated campaigns, and operational excellence.
Collaborate, influence and communicate effectively across levels across the enterprise to build trust, confidence and align stakeholders.
Drive full-funnel marketing programs across paid and owned channels, leveraging insights to optimize performance and deliver against key goals.
Empower and develop your team , fostering growth and enabling them to deliver their best work.
We'd love to hear from people with:
6 - 10+ years proven experience in strategic integrated marketing leadership, including digital acquisition, brand storytelling and owned strategies.
3+ years leading and developing teams across multiple marketing disciplines, with proven success fostering high performance.
Executive-level communication and storytelling skills , with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
Curiosity for audience behavior, macro insights, and brand positioning to inform long-term strategy.
Skilled at annual strategic planning, business case development and budget management .

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
