Compensation Information

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Service Operator I: $20.00/hour - $31.33/hour

????Potential Annual Earnings: $101,416.78

Average annual earnings are an estimation dependent on hours worked per week, overtime hours worked, product service line, location, and position. An offer of employment with Halliburton does not guarantee employment for any length of time. Actual pay will be discussed and finalized at the time of the offer.

Service Operator II: $21.50/hour - $32.83/hour

Potential Annual Earnings: $128,242.32

Average annual earnings is an estimation dependent on hours worked per week, overtime hours worked, product service line, location, and position. An offer of employment with Halliburton does not guarantee employment for any length of time. Actual pay will be discussed and finalized at the time of the offer.

Service Specialist I: $20.99/hour - $37.78/hour

Potential Annual Earnings: $144,864.05

Positions are eligible for a $300 monthly stipend based out of Fort Lupton, CO.

$45/day Per Diem

Hotel accommodations for 60 days for employee's relocating to the Fort Lupton, CO area.

2 weeks on 1 week off schedule (rotating day/night shifts). Halliburton reserves the right to adjust schedules based on industry needs.

Job Duties and Qualifications

Job Duties

Under direct supervision, performs equipment rig up and rig down on location and prepares equipment for performing a job.

Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed.

Responsible for safe operations of service equipment, including but not limited to: DME, high pressure pumps, and/or blenders during the delivery of services in accordance with the customer's job design and KPIs.

Performs necessary calculations at the well site as needed.

Performs data collection and data distribution on jobs as needed.

Coordinates the clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.

Utilizes competency processes to enhance skills development and job performance.

Must be knowledgeable of HMS and HSE standards.

Promotes and contributes to safety awareness and environmental consciousness.

Promotes and takes an active part in quality and continuous improvement processes.

Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.

Must be able to work both day and night shifts.

Requirements:

Requires completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Must have Class A CDL licensure

Must have a satisfactory driver record with no DWI/DUI convictions in the past three years or any current DWI/DUI charges

Completion of Operator Assistant II, Completion of a Service Operator I, and or The Completion of the Service Operator II - Frac/Acid competencies depending on the position qualified for, or similar level of competence from previous industry experience.
