Your Responsibilities

Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.**

Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns

Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate

Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Provide feedback on call issues

Meet sales objectives as defined

Qualifications:

Bilingual Spanish/Eglish

6 months customer service experience minimum

Over 18 years of age

Ability to @type 25 wpm

High School Graduate or GED

Comfort with desktop computer system

6 months Call Center experience, preferred

Ability to use Windows operating systems

6 months sales experience minimum

Able to work independently

Ability to stay composed and objective

Superior negotiating skills

Work from Home Requirements:

Internet Requirements:

Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 30.0 Mbps

Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps

ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms

Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN

Proof of internet speed required

Clean and quiet workspace
