What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or incidents to appropriate personnel and/or law enforcement as directed.

Assist visitors, tenants, and staff with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.

Support access control measures by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas as required by site procedures.

Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
