As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Cheyenne, WY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any unusual activities or conditions encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with controlling access to the location, verifying credentials and/or providing directions as needed.

Support Allied Universal and client staff by maintaining a visible presence and being approachable for questions or concerns.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as part of daily duties.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
