Adecco is looking to hire Document Processors to work on assignments at our client Citigroup, or one of its affiliates. This is a long-term opportunity that could go temp-to-hire for star performers!

What is it?

· Onsite opportunity

· Safely operate mail center automated equipment; to include troubleshooting and escalation

· Operate within a highly regulated, high security environment; adhere to all departmental and corporate policies and procedures, dress code, client requirements and compliance guidelines.

What do I need to apply?

· High school diploma/GED

· Current resume

· Good basic computer skills; proficiency with typing and ability to do or learn Data Entry

· Proficient in English (speaking, reading and writing)

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and agility to sit, stand, bend and lift

· Ability to work well within a team environment, working towards a common goal requiring constant communication and teamwork in a diverse environment

· High level of focus and attention to detail, ensuring strong quality and minimizing rework

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate weekends and overtime requirements based on business needs

Available 2nd shifts:

· Sunday - Thursday 7:00pm-3:30am

· Tuesday - Saturday 7:00pm-3:30am

This job is performed in a mail center; prior experience is not required and is a great opportunity for someone who is process-driven, doesn't mind doing repetitive tasks, and likes to switch up departments/job duties from time to time. Some tasks require sitting; others require standing. While processing documents is the main part of this role, you may also take part in mailroom, batching, payment processing, scanning, dispatch, and data entry duties. For any of these tasks, you'll need to pay strong attention to detail, observe quality and accuracy in the documents, and report specific findings to higher management.

The right person for this job will enjoy both working as part of a team and being able to focus on the task at hand. They will have good basic computer skills and are willing to learn and grow on the job. Communication, attention to detail, and respect for everyone are key to your success!

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
