Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking an entry level Assembly Technician to work at a global medical manufacturing company in Medina, NY. Sound like something you're interested in? Pay Rate: $22.65/hr Duration: 1/26/26 thru 12/31/26

Hours: 5:30 am - 4 pm Monday - Thursday

(OT on Fridays as needed)

*Those with very developed fine motor skills like knitting or sewing skills are encouraged to apply

No experience required - will train!!!

What's a typical day as an Assembly Technician? You'll be:

Assembling small medical device components and products accurately according to work instructions and diagrams.

Inspecting finished goods for quality assurance and promptly reporting any discrepancies.

Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency.

Meeting daily production goals and timelines while communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.

Consistently following safety protocols and company policies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Possess high school diploma / GED

Have some experience in assembly, soldering or manufacturing (preferred, but not required).

Possess strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Have excellent hand / eye coordination

Have basic computer and scanning / data entry skills

Are able to read and follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.

Able to read / write in English

Excel as a team player with excellent communication skills.

Demonstrate reliability in attendance and punctuality.

Show willingness to learn new processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
