The Role
The Communications Specialist - Content and Campaignwill be responsible for producing audio visual, print and digital contents and implementing strategies to enhance Plan International Asia Pacific's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging through content across all communication channels. The incumbent will maintain coordination with National Offices and COs for the strategic positioning and marketing of Plan International APAC including humanitarian crisis and emergency situations. The Communications Specialist- Content and Campaign will work under the supervision of the Communications Manager. The position holder will be responsible for developing implementing and maintaining a comprehensive content and branding strategy development throughout the year for Plan International APAC.
What we're looking for
Master's in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Film Studies, or related field.
A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in development or humanitarian communications, including at least three (3) years in communication, advocacy, and content development roles.
Experience in coordinating with regional offices, National Offices, and Headquarters, ensuring alignment and coherent communication strategies across geographies.
Demonstrated capacity to manage campaigns and content that integrate APAC-wide narratives while accommodating local @contextualisation.
Expertise in humanitarian, climate, and development communications, including emergency response.
Strong knowledge of branding, positioning, storytelling, and audience-centric content design.
Experience creating donor visibility, fundraising, and advocacy content across platforms.

The selected candidate will receive an initial one-year contract for this position, with a high possibility of extension based on performance and availability of funds. Only Bangladeshi citizens are eligible to apply.
Salary Package for this role is(BDT147,106.00- 183,883.00)monthly CTC, along with other benefits, i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus (2), leave, group insurance, yearly medical check-up for the employee, and day care facilities.
