Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

General Description:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Bank Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while performing a variety of banking transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns or issues.

Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each day.

Promote bank products and services, assisting customers with account inquiries and recommending appropriate solutions.

Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

Assist in identifying and reporting any suspicious activity or potential fraud.

Collaborate with team members to meet branch goals and improve customer service levels.

Perform administrative duties as required, including filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in finance or business preferred.

Previous experience in a customer service or banking role is a plus.

Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Proficient in basic computer applications and banking software.

Must be able to pass a background check and comply with all regulatory requirements.
