DESCRIPTION OF WORK Our passionate and dedicated nursing team provides 24/7 care, ensuring that our residents receive support every day of the week. From assisting with their morning routines to helping them engage in enjoyable activities, you will have a significant role in their daily lives. Your direct interactions with our residents will allow you to make a meaningful impact on their quality of life by delivering top-notch care. This position serves as a steppingstone toward becoming a Nurse Aide. After completing a training course and successfully passing the competency exam, along with a classroom course and an orientation program, you will have the opportunity to advance into a Nurse Aide position.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week Work hours are 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) and 2nd shift (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM), rotating days and weekends, with a 30-minute lunch. Work schedule adjustments will occur to accommodate schooling. Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Additional Requirement: You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Legal Requirements: A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination. This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act. Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
