Shift 2 PM - 10 PM Monday - Friday General Purpose Properly melt and transfer product (butter) to the correct holding tank. Minimize loss by proper draining. Job Duties and Responsibilities Maintain complete and accurate records on product produced Assist operator in packaging of finished product and other duties where needed Maintain a clean working area and ensure all equipment is cleaned properly Ensure all product is labeled, and code date is correct before moving to storage Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements Attend required training, including but not limited to: GMP's HAACP, SQF, and Safety The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
