This internship aims to support the Product Marketing team in scoping and structuring Secure-IC's full stack software offering.The trainee will play a key role in analyzing targeted markets, understanding their software ecosystems and value chains, and translating business and customer needs into concrete product requirements.The role combines market analysis, product definition, and close collaboration with R&D to ensure alignment between business rationale and technical development.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze the software ecosystem and value chain of the different vertical markets targeted by Secure-IC
Identify and define market-specific use cases leveraging Secure-IC's IP portfolio
Conduct marketing and competitive analyses to understand customer needs, weak points, and existing solutions
Evaluate and specify the most relevant software stack for each use case, including interoperability layers, operating systems, and standards
Build and structure business cases to justify product choices and defend the business rationale to internal stakeholders
Translate market and use case analysis into clear and actionable product requirements
Coordinate with R&D teams to track the progress of requirement implementation and ensure alignment with product objectives
Contribute, when possible, to technical integration activities depending on the candidate's skill set
Job Qualifications
Minimum requirement: Engineering degree (or equivalent)
Business school background or dual engineering/business education is a strong plus
Solid background in hardware development (VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog)
Strong software development skills (Python, C, C++)
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Strong curiosity and interest in understanding complex ecosystems
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong abstraction and analytical thinking abilities
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

Missions
Analyser l'écosystème logiciel et la chaîne de valeur des différents marchés verticaux ciblés par Secure-IC
Identifier et définir des cas d'usage spécifiques à chaque marché en s'appuyant sur le portefeuille de propriété intellectuelle de Secure-IC
Réaliser des analyses marketing et concurrentielles afin de comprendre les besoins clients, leurs points faibles et les solutions existantes
Évaluer et spécifier les briques logicielles les plus pertinentes pour chaque cas d'usage (couches d'interopérabilité, systèmes d'exploitation, standards, etc.)
Construire et structurer des business cases pour justifier les choix produits et défendre la logique business auprès des parties prenantes internes
Traduire les analyses marché et cas d'usage en exigences produit claires, précises et exploitables
Coordononner avec les équipes R&D pour suivre l'avancement de l'implémentation des exigences et assurer l'alignement avec les objectifs produit
Profil recherché
Exigence minimale : diplôme d'ingénieur (ou équivalent)
Une formation en école de commerce ou un double cursus ingénierie / business est un atout majeur
Solides connaissances en développement matériel (VHDL, Verilog ou SystemVerilog)
Excellentes compétences en développement logiciel (Python, C, C++)
Maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
Forte curiosité et intérêt pour la compréhension d'écosystèmes complexes
Excellentes capacités de communication orale et écrite
