Responsibilities:

The Sales Desk Manager is responsible for managing the sales desk operations, structuring deals, supporting the sales team, and maximizing profitability while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Desk all retail deals to ensure profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction

Work closely with sales consultants to structure deals and close transactions

Coach, train, and motivate the sales team on sales process, product knowledge, and best practices

Meet and greet customers early in the sales process and remain involved through delivery

Collaborate with Finance and lender partners to ensure smooth deal flow

Monitor sales performance and ensure daily, monthly, and annual sales goals are met

Maintain strong communication between Sales, Finance, and Management teams

Ensure adherence to dealership processes and manufacturer guidelines

Qualifications:

Proven track record with exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)

Previous automotive sales management or desking experience

Strong deal-structuring, negotiation, and leadership skills

Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities

Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license in your state of residence
