Details Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare facilities. Collaborate with distribution channel partners to drive sales growth and achieve mutual goals. Provide product training, education and support to healthcare professionals and distribution partners. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Utilize Salesforce CRM daily to manage opportunities and pipeline.

Travel Required

Up to 50% travel may be required for this position.

Required education and experience

Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field

Minimum 5 years of selling experience in Medical Device/Acute Care

Demonstrated experience with metrics to drive sales, proficiency with CRM systems/tools

Experience selling to Infection Prevention and Critical Care is a bonus

Experience selling premium products vs commodity. Selling Clinical outcomes vs price is a bonus

Ability to work in a self-motivating, face-paced results-oriented environment, while maintaining current on latest technology, identifying new marketing trends.

Strong team leadership skills including project management, multi-tasking, critical thinking, and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Also, knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud preferred

Ability to work independently and manage a multi-state territory
