3 Agricultural Equipment Operators are needed in Allegan and Barry Counties, Michigan, to work with potato production. Duties include operating tractors, planters, harvesters, and other farm equipment to plant, cultivate, and harvest potatoes; loading and unloading potatoes using manual or mechanized methods; mowing and weeding fields; preparing and leveling land; installing and maintaining irrigation systems; applying fertilizers and crop protectants; and performing routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs. Workers may be required to drive trucks to transport potatoes from fields to storage. The job requires a minimum of 6 months of verifiable agricultural experience, including operating farm equipment, the ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds, and a clean driving record. Workers must have or be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire, wear required PPE, and work outdoors in varied weather and extreme temperatures. Saturday work is required, and employer-paid post-hire drug testing applies.

Period of employment / Per odo de empleo: 03/01/2026 - 12/15/2026
