$50 per hour based on experience.

Hybrid to Arden Hills, MN- required.

What's a typical day as Talent Marketing Manager? You'll be:

Developing and executing a comprehensive Talent Marketing strategy that aligns with HR initiatives and enhances the employee experience.

Leading the Talent Marketing Consultant to maintain best-in-class candidate marketing and expand capabilities throughout the employee lifecycle.

Crafting compelling messaging for key HR initiatives and managing candidate-facing content across digital channels to support Talent Acquisition.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 5 years of related experience in Communications, Digital Marketing, or similar fields.

Possess a strong understanding of customer-centric processes and have experience in managing digital execution, including campaign management.

Are innovative and bold, with experience leading complex projects and managing risks to deliver high-quality results.
