Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client during their busy season. In this contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks and supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of confidential documents.

Manage schedules by coordinating appointments and organizing meetings.

Process data entry and ensure accuracy in spreadsheets and reports.

Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.

Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Support multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative or office assistant roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Customer service experience and problem-solving abilities.
