Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Job Description

This role involves supporting the customer service team with various administrative tasks. The primary responsibilities include managing emails, chats, and entering information into the system for the customer service representatives. The role also requires obtaining and inputting dates and addresses into the system.

Responsibilities

Assist the customer service team with administrative tasks.

Manage and respond to emails and chats.

Enter information accurately into the system.

Obtain and record dates and addresses for the team.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in data entry.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous administrative experience.

Ability to fit well within the company culture.

Eagerness to join and represent the company.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.
