Essential Job Functions
Supervises technical support staff (e.g., Information Technology Technical Support Analysts).
Provides technical and system access support, and troubleshooting.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY:
Option I: Three (3) years of experience installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting and repairing client computing devices or software, in a centralized Information Technology organization; one (1) year of which must have been in a highly responsible capacity at the level of Los Angeles County's class of Senior IT Technical Support Analyst*
Option II: Four (4) years of experience installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing client computing devices or software in a help desk/desktop support role with a minimum of two (2) years as a senior or lead* working in an enterprise corporate environment**.
LICENSE:
A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
PHYSICAL CLASS:
Physical Class 2 - Light: This class includes administrative and clerical positions requiring light physical effort that may include occasional light lifting to a 10-pound limit and some bending, stooping, or squatting. Considerable ambulation may be involved.
