Travel and Leisure Co. is proud to announce our 2026 Summer Internship Program at our Corporate Office in Orlando, Florida. As a Digital Marketing Strategy intern , you will support the development and execution of integrated, data-driven marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will assist in analyzing customer data, coordinating campaign planning, supporting creative development, and helping optimize performance. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, effective, and contribute to stronger customer engagement throughout the lifecycle.

In addition to the firsthand experience, the program features team projects, direct senior leadership exposure, and mentorship. We are committed to providing a comprehensive experience with real-world training. Our goal is to provide a quality internship while identifying future talent/leaders.

How You'll Shine:

Assist in campaign planning and strategy by conducting audits, gathering insights, and supporting the development of integrated marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (email, web, paid media, brand, analytics) to support coordinated campaign execution.

Help maintain marketing briefs and campaign calendars to ensure alignment, organization, and timely delivery.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and assist in developing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Support audience segmentation, testing, and personalization efforts to improve engagement and enhance the customer journey.

What You'll Bring :

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field

Strong Communication skills

Comfortable working with basic digital tools like Google Docs and Excel

Interest in learning how different marketing channels work.

Strong attention to detail

Previous experience (class projects, part-time job, or internship) in marketing, research and writing preferred but not required

Any exposure to digital tools, social media for brands, or basic analytics is a plus

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, asks questions, and is comfortable working with others.

A positive attitude, willingness to try new things, and an interest in digital marketing or customer experience will help the intern succeed in this role.

Ability to commit to the program beginning in May 2026 in Orlando Florida

Work in the Orlando corporate office M,T,W and be remote TH,F
