The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and increase market share. Reporting directly to VP Strategy, Product Lines, Marketing & Communication, the successful candidates will manage the marketing professionals in the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with strategy and market trends. Develop, unify and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate with sales and product line to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative marketing strategies and tactics. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and media outlets to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field 7+ years in a marketing leadership role Thrives in a team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Persuasive presentation and negotiation skills Embraces change in the name of efficiency and effectiveness Self-motivated and execution focused with ability to meet deadlines Travel 40%
