What You'll Do:

Dive into the action by operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems that keep our plant running smoothly.

Get hands-on experience and develop your skills as you assist in maintaining critical plant equipment, ensuring everything is running at peak performance.

Tackle a variety of tasks with precision and attention to detail, helping us meet operational targets safely and efficiently.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day presents new challenges and learning opportunities.

Be part of a collaborative team, working on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (including weekends and holidays), making sure the plant operates around the clock.

What You Bring:

A high school diploma or equivalent-your foundation for success.

At least one year of experience with electrical or mechanical systems-your skills will shine here.

The ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying cool under pressure-accuracy and efficiency are your strengths.

The excitement to work in a rotating shift environment, including weekends and holidays-because powering a community never stops!
