We're looking for a skilled Instrumentation and Electrical Technician to support our team in La Porte, TX. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with competitive pay and growth potential.

Schedule

Week 1: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Week 2: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM + Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (80 hours across 9 working days every two weeks)

On-Call:

Every other week (including weekends) for urgent maintenance requests

Paid at overtime rate with a 4-hour minimum per on-call period

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $40.00 / hour

Duties:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical systems

Respond promptly to on-call alerts

Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Position Requirements:

Experience in industrial instrumentation and electrical systems

Ability to work on a rotating on-call schedule

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

5 years of experience in manufacturing.

Read and understand detailed instrument and electrical drawings, with experience with DCS/PLC systems.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 40 pounds., required education: Associates Degree.

Work Location: MCG, La Porte, TX 77571.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $30.00 - $40.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
