As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in welcoming visitors, assisting employees, and monitoring access to the facility. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in the job state. What You'll Do:

Greet and assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors as they arrive at the front desk, maintaining a professional and welcoming presence at the location.

Monitor access control systems and verify identification to help to deter unauthorized entry into the facility.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate logs and records of visitors, deliveries, and other front desk activities as required by site protocols.

Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or emergency responders as needed.

Follow all security-related procedures and site-specific policies relevant to a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Provide customer service to clients and guests by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions or information as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
