As a Security Officer - Industrial EMT Firefighter in Fairless Hills, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible throughout the facility. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication as you interact with employees and visitors. This position requires driving responsibilities as part of your daily duties. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business and its perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activity encountered during patrols or while on site.

Assist with access control, verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.

Support emergency response activities by following established protocols and communicating with Allied Universal and/or site management as needed.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations while on duty.

Minimum Requirements:

EMT certification is required.

Previous firefighting experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
