This role focuses on troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of mechanical systems, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Fin Fan units and their operational nuances. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and corrective maintenance on various pump @types (sump, centrifugal, submersible) and motor systems. Conduct scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance aligned with global standards for critical AHUs and mechanical systems. Disassemble fan guards and housings for bearing inspections and IR scans on fan terminals to detect early signs of failure. Apply run-to-fail (R2F) strategies where appropriate, while ensuring scheduled testing and visual inspections are completed. Maintain detailed service records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure reliability and risk mitigation. Respond to system alerts and failures with urgency and precision, ensuring minimal downtime. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with pumps, motors, and Fin Fan systems in critical environments. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, vibration analysis, and thermal scanning techniques. Familiarity with maintenance task codes, warranty protocols, and local regulatory compliance. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure. Completion of relevant technical certifications or manufacturer training preferred.
