Accounts Payable Specialist

Description

Process and verify vendor invoices using our automated accounts payable system.

Perform double-checking and validation to ensure accuracy of entries and payments.

Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies (training provided if needed).

Reconcile accounts and resolve any outstanding issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.

Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to address inquiries and discrepancies.

Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed.

2 years of accounts payable experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.84/hr.
