Billing Coordinator

Job Description:

The Billing Coordinator position will perform the following duties:

Is responsible for the billing of vendor rebates, and samples, and for creating any required documentation to support the billings and for researching questions.

Determines the settlement methodology (AP debit vs. vendor receivables) and execute transactions

Creates and accrues purchasing documents

Creates and accrues chargeback documents due to sales exclusions

Creates composite billing transactions

Creates documentation required to deduct from Accounts Payable

Reviews billing adjustments and research questions from vendors and operating companies

Invoices, vendor rebates, and sales tracking

Bills samples and manual entries

Verifies proper documentation received for samples

Researches of vendor discrepancies

Scans and emails invoice and back-up to Vendors/Brokers

Assists Purchasing Coordinator with various duties

HAVI access for set up
