Description We are looking for an innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in St. George, Utah. This role demands a strategic thinker who can craft and execute impactful campaigns that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, analytical expertise, and a results-driven approach to enhance digital engagement and brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive measurable results.

Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.

Manage the company's social media channels, fostering engagement and building a strong online presence.

Create and oversee content strategies designed to boost traffic, enhance engagement, and increase conversions.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing initiatives.

Stay informed about emerging digital tools, platforms, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication and audience targeting.

Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords to track and improve campaign effectiveness.

Implement innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement across digital platforms. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management and strategy.

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.

Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.

Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities to convey ideas effectively.

Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
