Responsible for driving integrated marketing initiatives across all digital channels to deliver a seamless, connected customer experience. Oversees social media, Email Marketing, Digital Content, and Marketing Operations and Analytics, while managing the technology stack and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals across digital, content, marketing operations and analytics functions.

Develop and implement a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

Oversee all digital channels, including social media, email marketing, digital content and digital advertising.

Drive engagement and conversion through innovative campaigns, automation, and personalized experiences.

Develop and implement a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

Manage marketing technology platforms (Marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, etc.) to enable efficient campaign execution.

Lead the creation and distribution of compelling digital content that supports brand storytelling and demand generation.

Leads development and execution of the AI and automation roadmap across the department.

Partner with IT and vendors to ensure system integration and data integrity.

Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure campaign performance and ROI.

Use data and insights to refine strategies, improve targeting, and enhance customer engagement.

Collaborate with Marketing Leadership, eCommerce, Customer Experience and Analytics, and IT teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Own key department processes, including functional budget management.

Collaborate with creative teams to maintain brand standards and optimize content for each channel.

Nature and Scope

Problems are typically defined by higher level leadership. Problems are difficult. Solutions require analysis and investigation.

Decides how to achieve planned results within an organization's plans, policies, and guidelines. May set or change plans/goals within respective department or area.

May manage department via multiple layers of managers OR directly supervise a staff of professional individual contributors at the senior or technical advisor level.

Work Environment

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Education and Experience

Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally, 9+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacity.

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in omnichannel strategy, marketing automation, and marketing analytics.

Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, SEM and content marketing best practices.

Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
