Landscape Laborer. 25 temporary, full-time positions.1 Feb 2026 to 30 Nov 2026. Fineline Landscape Construction and Maintenance Corporation located at 7289 E. Imlay City Rd. Imlay City, MI 48444services@finelinelandscaping.com{target="_blank" rel="noopener"}. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. ?40 hours per week.8-hour workday. 9am-5pm, M- F . No OT (this means that you will NEVER give OT hours). No minimum education required. No minimum experience is required. The employee will not supervise other workers. Travel will be required.Daily transportation provided by the employer to worksites. Work will be performed in the following counties:Lapeer, Oakland, Macomb, Genesee. Wage: $19.93/hr. OT Wage: $29.90hr?Workers paid weekly. In accordance with applicable Michigan state law, Earned Sick Time Act 338, employers are required to provide earned sick time to their employees. The amount of paid sick leave provided may vary depending on the size of the business. On the job training provided. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation, at the company's sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, skill and tenure. Single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers' reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence provided at a rate of at least $16.28/day during travel to a maximum of $68/day with receipts/documentation of actual expenses. H2B Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).
