We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support Experian's vertical markets by driving project coordination, automation, AI implementation and operational excellence across vertical marketing programs. This role is critical for ensuring a smooth execution of marketing initiatives and leveraging technology to improve efficiency. You will report to the Director, Vertical Marketing and Operations.

Main Responsibilities:

Support integrated marketing programs, events, and special projects with planning, logistics, and execution.

Coordinate and manage vertical market campaigns and thought leadership initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed.

Assist with reporting and process management, including campaign codes, SOPs, and repository updates (SharePoint, Seismic).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of marketing assets.

Contribute to process improvement and standardization to enhance efficiency leveraging AI and implementing automation when appropriate.

2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or project management (B2B preferred).

Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo) and interest in AI-driven marketing solutions.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Wrike, Tableau a plus.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
