Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to join their team. As a Warehouse Operations team member, you will be part of the Distribution Center supporting efficient and safe warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Operations

Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD

Pay Range: $18.55

Shift: Evenings 12:00pm to 8:00 or 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM

What's the Job?

Safely and accurately load and unload products within the distribution center

Process customer orders using RF technology, including scanning, picking, labeling, and packing

Build pallets, scan, and prepare shipments for dispatch

Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper loading and unloading procedures

Operate material handling equipment safely and report any maintenance issues promptly

What's Needed?

High School diploma, GED, or 2 years of relevant experience

Experience with material handling equipment such as Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Forklifts

Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment

Good verbal communication skills and ability to interpret distribution documents

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating near moving mechanical equipment
