Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will be part of the distribution center supporting daily warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate

Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD

Pay Range: $18.00 p/h

Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

Safely and accurately load and unload products within the distribution center

Process customer orders using RF technology, including scanning bar codes, picking, labeling, and packing

Build pallets, including scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders for shipment

Operate material handling equipment such as order pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts in a safe manner

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following SOP and safety guidelines

What's Needed?

High School diploma, GED, or 2 years of relevant experience

Experience with material handling equipment (MHE), including order pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts

Ability to obtain forklift certification in accordance with company guidelines

Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and work well with others
