As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter security-related incidents and supports a welcoming environment. You will utilize computer or tablet systems as part of your daily responsibilities, reflecting our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification and credentials, following site-specific policies and procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines.

Assist with the implementation of security-related procedures and protocols specific to the manufacturing and industrial location.

Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor activity, incidents, and any unusual occurrences at the front desk.

Communicate promptly and professionally with site management and Allied Universal supervisors regarding incidents, concerns, or requests.

Support emergency response activities as needed, coordinating with site personnel and local authorities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

A guard card or license is preferred.

CPR and first aid certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
