Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 1st Shift Packer to join their dedicated team. As a Packer, you will be an essential part of the packaging department supporting efficient and accurate product handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Packer

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday (Saturday's as needed) 6am-2:30pm (currently doing OT and starting at 5am). Must be available for OT.

What's the Job?

Measure, weigh, and count products and materials to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.

Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to verify packing specifications are satisfied.

Record product, packaging, and order information accurately on designated forms and records.

Seal containers or materials using stretch wrap, tape, and other packaging supplies to ensure secure transportation.

Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools, maintaining efficiency and safety.

Basic hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
