We are seeking an outbound quality analyst to join our organization. The individual will be required to excel in a structured Department of Defense (DoD) environment. Within this position, you will become a vital component in ensuring all equipment is properly configured and shipped to the field; while ensuring the serial numbers, part numbers, software load versions, and other various components are correct.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect all outbound materials and orders; notify the depot manager of all discrepancies

Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records

Ability to make recommendations to improve the depot process

Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner

Assist the depot team with daily operations

Serve within the outbound shipping department (as needed)

Job Requirements

An active DoD Secret Clearance required

High School Diploma minimum required

1+ years of relevant experience

Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds

Required to stand, walk, and use hands frequently

Proficient in MS Office products to include Excel and Windows desired

Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to interact required

A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service

Competent Technical Writing Skills

Ability to format data for basic analysis
