As a Security Guard - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Winnemucca, NV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with site-specific policies and Allied Universal guidelines.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required by site procedures.
Support emergency preparedness and response efforts as outlined in site-specific protocols.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
