Responsibilities

Organize and maintain files, correspondence, records and other

Greet all visitors arriving at Orizon, notifying company personnel of the visitor's arrival, and distributing appropriate PPE for their visit.

Maintains security, by following procedures, specifically ITAR, in issuing visitor badges

Answers multi-phone line system for the facility

Receive and sort mail; gather and mail all outgoing mail

Maintains safe and clean work environment; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures

Coordinate the distribution and receipt of Orizon attire

Scan and upload files into employee documents in Ultipro

Assists the Human Resources manager with HR projects

Respond to employee inquiries, following up with employees on HR related needs

Scan and upload files into employee documents in Ultipro

Responsible for keeping the HR Slide Show current

Distributes Anniversary & birthday gifts

Participate in the planning of onsite company events and merchandise store (Shout Out Store)

Issue companywide announcements

Conduct basic research for projects

Provide general administrative support and additional duties as needed.

Maintain Campus phone list

Manage Fax Inbox

Responsible for keeping the conference rooms stocked, as well as overall appearance
