Job Description

The Platform Analyst is responsible for supporting production issues within TPS and Trade Point systems, ensuring smooth operations through active troubleshooting and system knowledge. This role focuses on configuration management, ticket handling, and participation in system-related projects, with minimal coding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support:

-Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in TPS and Trade Point systems.

-Handle production tickets via Teams chat, managing workloads ranging from 20 to 500 tickets per day.

System Configuration:

-Manage configuration tasks for back-office and front-office systems, focusing on internal settings rather than development or coding.

-Participate in meetings related to TPS customer setups; while not customer-facing, ensure accurate setup processes.

Reporting & Analysis:

-Perform occasional reporting tasks (minimal volume).

-Support reporting structures using Power BI and Excel.

Project Work:

-Engage in projects related to system configuration and support.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Demonstrated interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams

Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

Proficient computer navigation skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00
