Administrative Specialist

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role

Proficient in SAP ERP system (creating purchase orders, confirming receipt of materials, generating reports)

Experience interacting with contractors to verify purchase orders, confirm invoice submissions for completed work, and resolve payment inquiries

Skilled in ordering parts and equipment for various projects

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with MS Teams is a plus

Experience or familiarity with parts inventory systems is beneficial

Strong attention to detail; ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of administrative duties supporting management and/or staff within a business or functional unit

Calendar management, document preparation, and correspondence

Manage calibration program for site gauges

Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings

Resolve routine and non-routine inquiries

Maintain knowledge of company policies, programs, and product lines

Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
