Schedule Coordinator

Job Description

Bachelor's Degree + 5-9 years of experience

5+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or related administrative roles.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Coordination, or equivalent experience.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting schedules.

Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and other scheduling tools.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing timelines.

Skills and Requirements

Maintain clear and organized communication with customers regarding scheduling needs.

Ensure sites are prepared to accommodate site surveys and related activities.

Track progress across all sites, including completed surveys and reports in progress.

Standardize scheduling and documentation processes using Confluence and Jira (flexibility as needed).

Coordinate schedules for multiple teams across different fields and locations.

Manage calendar updates, resource allocation, and task assignments to keep timelines on track.

Support logistics for site visits, including travel coordination and readiness checks.

Collaborate with technical teams and system architects to align schedules with project requirements.
