What You'll Do

Own the Details: Manage and update subscriber information using our proprietary system.

Keep Things Moving: Perform basic math calculations and ensure accurate billing and geographical data.

Be the Connector: Communicate with over 50 magazine publishers via email.

Stay Agile: Adapt quickly as priorities shift-no two days are the same!

What We're Looking For

Strong data entry skills and fast, accurate typing.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Excellent customer service and administrative support skills.

Bonus Points: 2+ years of administrative experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Congers, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
