Sales Digital Transformation Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the retail and consumer goods industry, is seeking a Sales Digital Transformation Manager to join their team. As a Sales Digital Transformation Manager, you will be part of the Strategy & Operations department supporting sales teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sales Digital Transformation Manager

Location: Racine, Wisconsin

What's the Job?

Serve as the primary contact for the sales team regarding data and technological tools.

Onboard users to existing sales data systems and conduct regular training sessions to maximize adoption.

Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to sales tools and systems.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance user engagement and proficiency.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the impact of sales tools on performance.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree in an IT discipline or related field.

5+ years of relevant business experience in sales or technology environments.

Proven experience in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience with AI applications in a corporate setting.

Proficiency with Power BI Reporting and familiarity with SAP Trade Promotional Management, ChatBPT/Copilot, and other sales tools.
