Transfer Agency Operations Rep l (100% On-site)

The UMB Registered Fund team , which manages the daily accounting, tax, audit, administration, and operational tasks for mutual fund and collective trust clients.

As the Transfer Agency Operations Rep I, you will be responsible for all data entry processing for incoming shareholder requests. You will set up new accounts, process transactions and various account maintenance items.

How you will spend your time:

Opens and scans in mail: checks, apps, shareholders transactions paperwork

Check deposits

Filing daily mail after scanning

Return mail

Updating address within the system

Will be eventually more project driven tasks (new processing system)

Role can evolve into more processing (based on outlook of role)

You have a High School Diploma or equivalent

You have at least 6 months transaction processing, office, or customer service experience.

Compensation Range:

$32,640.00 - $62,640.00
