Location: Nashville, TN (open to hybrid or onsite)

W2 Pay: $25-$32/hr

We are looking for someone who is open to PT or FT, Contract, Contract to Hire, or Permanent Placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital ads.

Create content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and marketing materials.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Collaborate with sales and design teams to create cohesive marketing collateral.

Assist in developing brand strategy and voice guidelines.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.

Manage and maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.

Requirements

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a marketing role.

Strong writing and editing skills for various content formats.

Experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.

Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
