About the Role: Senior Manager, Campaign Workflow, Offer & Content
As the Senior Manager of Campaign Workflow, Offer, and Content you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how GCS Marketing executes campaigns through Project Flywheel - a multi-year initiative redefining marketing execution via automation, innovation, and efficiency.
You'll translate business needs into scalable marketing capabilities, redesign workflows, and build future-ready systems that make campaign execution faster, compliant, and more consistent. Acting as the bridge between marketing, product, and technology, you'll ensure our MarTech ecosystem evolves to meet real business goals.

Project Flywheel is an enterprise-wide initiative reimagining how American Express plans, builds, and delivers marketing. By uniting technology, operations, and people, Flywheel creates a more agile, efficient, and data-driven marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
Be the Connector : Serve as the primary liaison between marketing teams, product, technology partners, and leadership -- ensuring Flywheel evolves in step with business needs.
Define and Refine : Own business requirement development, prioritization, and refinement; identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Communicate with Impact : Craft enterprise-wide communications, updates, and executive-ready summaries that simplify complex change.
Advocate and Influence: Champion marketing needs in cross-functional forums and shape technology and capability roadmaps
Optimize the System: Use your deep workflow and MarTech expertise to enable teams to execute seamlessly, leveraging data to enhance customer experiences.

Systems Expert : Deep understanding of marketing workflow and processes, MarTech ecosystems, and systems integration to support scalable execution.
Business Translator : Converts complex business needs into clear, actionable, data-driven requirements that align technology, product and marketing.
Cross-Functional Influencer : Leads teams effectively, navigates ambiguity, and communicates with clarity to drive alignment.
Systems Thinker : Sees the big picture, understanding how data, platforms, and execution connect to optimize marketing performance.
Innovative Problem Solver : Thrives in complexity, challenges the status quo, and ensures we're advocating for solutions that scale.
Minimum Qualifications:
Extensive experience in marketing technology, product strategy, or business enablement, preferably with tools like Workfront or equivalent.
Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Strong business acumen and experience in MarTech capability development and data-driven execution.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating executive-level presentations.
Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in large-scale marketing operations within a matrixed global organization.
Background in roadmap development and strategic planning for MarTech ecosystems.
Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud or related platforms.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
