Job Title: Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Join our team as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant, where you will play a key role in supporting regional activities and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your tasks will include planning and logistical support for seminars, trade shows, and user group meetings, as well as managing marketing literature and office supplies.

Responsibilities

Provide planning, logistical, and follow-up support for regional activities including seminars, trade shows, user group meetings, and conferences.

Stock and maintain the marketing literature library, order marketing material for in-house use, and fulfill literature requests.

Update office reference lists and monitor general and specialty office supplies.

Maintain neat and orderly supply areas and storage rooms.

Execute various document processing tasks.

Provide auxiliary office reception services.

Assist with the overall day-to-day functions of the department.

Job Requirements

3+ years of receptionist experience with the ability to answer a high volume of calls with a friendly personality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel (testing required).

Ability to multi-task between duties.

Typing speed of 45 words per minute.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vienna, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
